At Sorenation, your satisfaction is everything. As a young, Amsterdam-based brand growing with you, we’re committed to making things right — even as we build our stock and systems. All our products are print-on-demand (POD), crafted fresh in the EU just for you. This means we currently follow Printful’s return policy for quality issues, but we’re working hard to offer full returns soon.

When Returns Are Accepted

We gladly accept returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items (e.g., tears, rips, or manufacturing defects)
  • Misprinted designs (e.g., blurry, off-center, or incorrect print)
  • Wrong product or size (e.g., you received a medium instead of large)

Note: Due to the custom nature of POD, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse at this time.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Include order number, photos of the issue (clear, well-lit), description of the problem

We’ll review your case within 24–72 hours and guide you through the next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement (same or upgraded item) or a full refund to your original payment method

You’ll receive a prepaid return label (EU only) when applicable.

Our Promise to You

We know waiting for the perfect gear is tough — and we’re grateful you’re part of the Sore Nation from day one. While we can’t offer full returns yet, every case is handled with care and understanding. Your feedback helps us grow.

In the near future, as we scale and build stock, full returns for any reason will be available. Until then, we’ll do everything possible to make it right.
